계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
패드런(PADRUN) 계정과 그에 연결된 개인정보의 삭제를 요청하는 방법을 안내합니다.
방법 1. 앱에서 바로 삭제 (권장)
- 패드런 앱에 로그인합니다.
- 홈에서 지갑 화면으로 이동합니다.
- 화면 맨 아래의 계정 삭제를 누르고 안내에 따라 확인합니다.
확인 즉시 처리됩니다. 로그인 계정(이메일·Google·Apple 식별자)과 앱 지갑 접근이 영구히 제거되고, 대기 중인 보상 지급은 모두 취소됩니다.
방법 2. 이메일 요청
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우에는 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 로그인에 사용한 이메일(또는 Google·Apple 계정의 이메일)로 아래 주소에 메일을 보내주세요.
- 받는 사람: admin@arenatechnologies.space
- 제목: 계정 삭제 요청
- 본문에 로그인 방식(이메일/Google/Apple)과 계정 이메일을 적어주세요.
본인 확인 후 지체 없이(최대 7일 이내) 처리하며, 완료되면 회신으로 알려드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, Google·Apple 계정 식별자
- 퀴즈 이용 기록: 시도, 정답 여부, 응답 시간
- 기기 식별 정보
- 보상 지급 내역 중 계정과 연결된 정보
보관되는 데이터
- 관계 법령이 보존을 요구하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.
- 솔라나 블록체인에 이미 기록된 지갑 주소와 트랜잭션은 블록체인의 기술적 특성상 삭제할 수 없습니다. 블록체인에는 이메일 등 계정 정보가 기록되지 않습니다.

Request Account & Data Deletion (English)
In the app (recommended): sign in, open the Wallet screen, then tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm. Deletion is processed immediately: your login identifiers (email, Google/Apple) and access to the in-app wallet are removed permanently, and any pending reward payouts are cancelled.
By email: if you cannot access the app, email admin@arenatechnologies.space with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email you used to sign in (or state your Google/Apple account email). We verify the request and complete deletion within 7 days, then confirm by reply.
Deleted: account identifiers (email, Google/Apple account), quiz activity, device identifiers, and reward records linked to your account.
Retained: data we must keep under applicable law (deleted after the required period), and on-chain records (wallet address, transactions) on the public Solana blockchain, which cannot be altered or deleted. No email or account information is written to the blockchain.
Before you delete: once the account is deleted, the app can no longer access your embedded wallet. If it still holds MPAD, sign in to memepad.lol with the same account first and move or use it.
