개인정보처리방침

패드런(PADRUN, 이하 "서비스")은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령에 따라 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소 또는 Google·Apple 계정 식별자 (로그인 인프라 Privy를 통해 수집)
- 지갑 정보: 로그인 시 자동 생성되는 솔라나 임베디드 지갑의 공개 주소
- 이용 기록: 퀴즈 참여 내역(시도, 정답 여부, 응답 시간), 보상 지급 내역
- 기기 정보: 부정 이용 방지를 위한 기기 식별 정보
- 자동 수집: 접속 로그, IP 주소
2. 이용 목적
- 계정 및 지갑 연결, 서비스 제공
- 보상 지급과 지급 전 검토
- 부정 이용(다중 계정, 자동화 등) 방지
- 서비스 운영, 장애 대응 및 개선
3. 보관 기간
개인정보는 계정 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령이 보존을 요구하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
블록체인 기록에 대한 안내: 지갑 공개 주소와 보상 지급 트랜잭션은 솔라나 퍼블릭 블록체인에 기록됩니다. 블록체인의 기술적 특성상 이 기록은 수정하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다. 블록체인에는 이메일 등 계정 정보가 기록되지 않습니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공
서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다.
- Privy Inc. (미국): 로그인 및 임베디드 지갑 인프라
- Supabase: 데이터베이스 호스팅
- Railway: 서버 호스팅
위 수탁사 외 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처로 접수하며, 지체 없이 처리합니다. 계정 삭제를 요청하면 수집된 개인정보가 파기됩니다(3항의 블록체인 기록 제외).
6. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)
- 접근 권한 최소화 및 통제
- 지급용 키와 서비스 데이터의 분리 보관
8. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy (English)
PADRUN ("the Service") is a quiz reward app that sends MPAD, a Solana utility token, directly to your wallet as a reward for solving word quizzes.
What we collect. Account identifiers (email, or Google/Apple account via our login provider Privy), the public address of your embedded Solana wallet, quiz activity (attempts, results, response times), device identifiers used for fraud prevention, and access logs including IP addresses.
Why we collect it. To link your account and wallet, to review and deliver rewards, to prevent abuse such as multi-accounting or automation, and to operate and improve the Service.
Retention. Personal data is deleted without undue delay upon account deletion request, except where retention is required by law. Wallet addresses and reward transactions are recorded on the public Solana blockchain and cannot be altered or deleted due to the nature of blockchains. No account information such as email is written to the blockchain.
Processors. Privy Inc. (US, login and wallet infrastructure), Supabase (database hosting), Railway (server hosting). We do not sell personal data or share it with any other third party.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time via the contact below.
Children. The Service is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
